When Elaine contacted me to
get more information about the pH Miracle Program, I could hear it in her voice
that this was a very serious woman. With only a few pointers from me, she took
the ball and ran with it!
I must say that this is one of the
most dedicated and determined women we have met yet with regards to this
program. Laurette and I are so proud of her accomplishments to this
point, and we know that she will absolutely succeed in her mission.
Why? Because she truly cares about her health, her husband, her children,
her grandchildren, her friends, and her future. She has come to realize
that people CAN change... that people WANT to change - they just need a
little coaching from time to time.
"Thank you Elaine for giving us
the opportunity to see you in your new light and allowing us to participate in
your transformation. You make us feel like the work we put into this site
has been worth the effort."
God bless, and keep up the great
work!!

Searching for health the last 30
years has been like an archeological dig... finding a "this" or a "that", only
to discover they were useless.
In 10 weeks I have lost 40 pounds
of my 142 lb. target amount. But of the highest importance is the fact I can
feel health seeping back inside once again. I have at last found my jewel
beyond all price.
A great shock was to find my
singing voice starting to come back after 31 years of missing in action, and
then noticing the age spots on my hands were actually getting
lighter!
So hold on tight, resist that "a
little bite of this won't hurt", constantly remind yourself that the goal is
reachable, refuse to let friends or family deflect you from your set course and
guess what? You too will find personal treasures the pH Miracle program
can give.

Hi everyone,
Just a little update time. Guess
what. I accomplished my first short term goal...losing 50.5 pounds in 12
weeks - from March
23rd to June 14th. Originally had miscalculated the weeks, so I
actually lost more in less time than I had realized. Now I've qualified for the
contest and it is so exciting.
Dr. Barr in Atlanta did my end of
contest blood analysis on Tuesday, the 15th, and that was another amazing
experience. He was wonderful, so informative, trained by Dr. Young, and told me
I had made phenomenal strides in cleaning up the blood in only 3 months. It was
eye opening to see the difference and know that SuperGreens and the pH Miracle
program has brought such a blessing into my life and will continue to help me
reach that health goal. I'm now able to get into a beautiful beaded
dress that was bought at a "real bargain" from an upscale department store,
even though I needed to lose 30 pounds to wear it. That never happened and
neither did the wedding where it was to be worn. So I have a beautiful dress to
wear for my end of contest photo... because I can! It also denotes a
victory for me, and before long it will be too big to ever wear again. That
gives me so much pleasure to make that statement ... it will be too big
to ever wear again. I'm off to my next goal...another 50 gone
in the next 3-4 months. Included in there will be a 2 month visit to my mother
and her home cooking. So I've already sent the warning that I will be arriving
with SuperGreens, electric blender, electronic scales, food diary and
determination. Only 91.5 to go!! Thank you's go to all three of you -
Dean, Eric and Steve - from my heart for all the support you have been through
these first 50 pounds. The email and calls were my link when I needed to reach
out and touch someone. I know it can happen now and I plan to continue charting
my course toward success in both the weight loss and the business.

I have now lost 67 pounds in 4 1/2
months. Since arriving in Natchez, MS to visit for 2 months and sharing
products with family, I have gained a new respect for my targeted supplements.
That's because I ran out of them for about 3 weeks - then saw how the weight
loss slowed (boy, did I start to panic!) and how the cravings came back (the
carrot cake in mama's freezer began to look REAL good. Saved by the timely UPS
delivery.

Guess it is way past the time for
an update on my weight loss saga. Let me say first that I won one of the three
places in Dr.Young's Healthy Weight Loss Contest and will be going to an all
expenses paid Retreat for a week at their ranch in California!! Going to the
Innerlight National Convention in Las Vegas this past week has been a great
adventure for this ole Georgia gal. Today I was down a half pound which brings
my total loss to 89 pounds - 183. Never would I have believed 7 months
ago when I signed up with Innerlight as a distributor that my body would
ACTUALLY shrink down in size so fast...that's the fantasy world I'd live in
sometimes but never ever expected it could be a reality. I could now be one of
those ads for weight loss that we never believed but got sucked into anyway -
except this one is REAL with me in the photo. I'll send you an updated photo
from the Convention where I am in the rose beaded gown my mother gave me as a
gift for the banquet - the film is being processed as of this moment because I
can't wait to get the fun shots of the great time. In fact I'm going to make my
1st Convention Scrapbook using a Vegas night lights placemat as the cover and
make that a tradition for each year. You and Laurette have supported and
inspired me throughout my weight loss journey and helped to make Vegas a
success. I want to be able to pass that excitement along to those that I meet
in the future.

My body has been in healing mode
and not losing for a space of time, so the weight loss hasn't continued as fast
as I would like, of course. And to be truthful, this month I have been enjoying
some of my favorite holiday "acidic food choices". Let's not forget that 90
pounds lost in 8 months was a great feat. I shouldn't be so unreasonable in my
weight loss expectations. The body does have to go through healing times too,
plus I need to exercise patience and once again follow the program
100%.
My energy level is high and I wake
up ready to face each day with a sense of joy. Dec. 26th will be my 59th
birthday, and I plan to make it another benchmark date. Now I'll be adding a
few minutes every other day on a rebounder for very gentle exercise (unable to
do anything in the past because of my disability). You know, I feel like my
very own "science experiment", and it's interesting to see the changes take
place and wonder where my body will take me next.
This is turning into a ride....
back to life! Come join me.
Suggestion: If
starting the program, take good full length/side view photo's of yourself
against a solid background, shots that have no copyright. Get a signed release.
Later they will show your special journey. I always "took" the photo's and hid
from being "taken". Hence family had to be cropped out of my before shots.

Well here goes. I have been off
the rails for some time and have just taken myself back in hand and started on
a cleanse. Excuses always sound so trite but when someones says "life happens"
then I always wonder just what set them off on the wrong course. For me the #1
problem was IMPATIENCE, then loss of focus. I wanted my body to continue to
lose steadily until I reached a specific goal by the deadline I'd set. WELL.
There's the big problem!! My body was doing just fine even if I couldn't see
the outward results. If I'd practiced more patience to hang in there continuing
the program 100%, then my goal may have been within reach today. Instead I have
some added pounds and guilty feelings for being a bad example. The loss of
focus came because I immersed myself in family issues and problems, forgetting
the goal for a time because that was the easiest path. But I have
chosen to take total responsibility once again and make better choices and head
toward that original goal. Too bad that I have to lose some added weight from
the past several months, but hey, that isn't the end of the world. Maybe I'm
not the best example of how it's done, but I plan to be the comeback kid, so
watch out! Should you find yourself in this same position, know that I
have faith you can do it too. Dr.Young says that we have to practice this new
way of eating, thinking and living each day and that is so true. I'm back.. and
will stop beating myself up for those previous choices by making better ones
each day. Of course I would decide to get back on track right near the
beginning of the holidays. Must just be my rebellious nature so I can be
empowered by saying NO to all those treats.
