Below is the detailed day by day itinerary:
Day 01: Arrive in historic Cairo at the International Airport, there to be met by the friendly South Sinai staff who will assist you with clearing immigration and customs and transfer you to your 5 star hotel—the Fairmont Heliopolis. There you will enjoy the luxurious rooms and majestic views.
Day 02: Start the day with an alkalizing breakfast at the hotel. Afterward, you will check-out and the staff will transfer you to the Cairo Airport for your flight to Luxor. At the Luxor Airport, the staff will meet, assist and transfer you to the M/Y Mirage I Nile Cruise on which you will set sail along the picturesque Nile River. You will embark before lunch, then visit the East Bank to explore the Karnak & Luxor Temples. That evening you'll enjoy an alkalizing dinner on board.
Day 03: Savor an alkalarian buffet breakfast on board before taking a morning tour of the West Bank’s Necropolis of Thebes, including the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Then take a relaxing lunch as you sail to Esna, then on to Edfu.
Day 04: Enjoy an energizing breakfast onboard before going ashore for the morning's adventure. After breakfast you’ll find yourself in Edfu where a horse drawn carriage will take you to visit the temple of Horus, the best preserved of all of Egypt’s ancient temples. After exploring the ancient ruins you’ll go back aboard and eat lunch while cruising to Kom Ombo there to visit the Kom Ombo Temple. Then sail on to Aswan as you savor an alkaline dinner.
Day 05: Start the day with an alkalizing breakfast buffet on board. Then you will visit the High Dam, Unfinished Obelisk and Philae Temple. Following the morning's sightseeing you'll take Lunch onboard. That afternoon you'll enjoy a felucca ride around Aswan Islands. Of course the day’s activities will be capped with an alkaline dinner.
Day 06: After a quality breakfast you’ll disembark and the staff will transfer you to the Aswan airport for your flight back to Cairo. At the Cairo airport you'll meet your Egyptologist to start a full day tour of the 7th wonder of the world, the Great Pyramid, and the inscrutable Sphinx. Following that experience you'll enjoy a tour of the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities featuring the treasures of King Tut. At the end the day you'll visit the Khan el Khalili Bazaar where travelers have been finding bargains since the middle ages. From the bazaar you'll be taken to that evening’s accommodations at the 5-Star Cairo Sheraton hotel, where you will enjoy a luxurious room and spend the remaining portion of the evening relaxing.
Day 07: Start the day with another tasty breakfast at the hotel before you check-out. The staff will then transfer you to the Cairo International Airport and assist with the exit formalities and check-in for your international flight.
Accommodations: We have created two price choices based on whether on not you share your room. Double occupancy rate is reduced as you will be sharing a room and thereby the lodging portion of the expenses will be reduced.
