Dear Dr. Young:
Two
weeks ago, because I wanted an update on my knees that were bothering me, I
went to an orthopedic doctor and had x-rays taken. The diagnosis was severe
osteoarthritis in both knees -- bone on top of bone and that I had many spurs
around my left knee. It was recommended that I take Ibuprofen, however was told
that Vioox or Celebrex would be better. (Coincidentally, the next day Vioox was
pulled off the market due to causing heart attacks and strokes.) I was also
told twice that I was a “prime” candidate for a knee
replacement.
Well, Dr. Young, this is what I did with the above
information: I “stopped” and asked myself, “Why are my knees
bothering me?” Sure enough, I knew! Because over the summer, I did not
want to look at my “inverted” way of living, thinking and eating and
take responsibility for “doing arthritis.” (And I knew better than to
live an acid lifestyle, because I am a pH Miracle for Cancer”. )
I
was eating a far too acidic diet, fooling myself and saying, “Oh! My body
can handle this!” Well, it couldn't and that became evident when I had
microscopy work done and saw all the crystals in my blood.
I also had
to look at my way of living. I was definitely stressing myself out with not
allowing myself enough sleep, and how acid causing is this?
And
thirdly, I had to look at my thinking and stop pretending to myself that I was
living a “balanced” life. The handwriting was on the wall and I knew
it!
So, I quickly decided that I am a “prime candidate for an
alkaline lifestyle.” I started increasing my Super Greens, went on the
cleanse, and am giving myself extra sleep. I also went to a spiritual retreat
to spend time with myself.
Since I started fully alkalizing again, I
feel sooooo good, and the truth of the matter is that I REALLY LOVE EATING AND
BEING ALKALINE!
Then to my surprise, on the spur of the moment last
week, I went to a sports store, bought myself wrist guards and knee pads, took
down from the attic my daughter's roller blades and a helmet, and for the first
time in my life at the age of 63, I went rollerblading! I rollerbladed for 2
miles and had no aches or pains in my knees or back! So, two day later, I did
another 2 miles, and then three days later another 2 miles. And I feel fine,
empowered and alive!
So, the moral of this story for me is that from a
diagnosis of osteoarthritis, I could have begun living my life “in a
box” because of being “labeled” arthritic” or else I could
have chosen to do what I did. I like choosing what I did!!! The results are
fantastic!!!

BE FREE! I had a
desperate need to find freedom from the aches & pains, added weight,
hormonal changes, depression, and all the other symptoms that I thought were
just normal parts of "getting older."
I am 52 years old, and have lived
in Alaska for 35 years, I have a wonderful husband, 2 beautiful daughters, and
3 precious grandchildren. My lifestyle is extremely hectic with my family,
church, a full time job and our own business to run, so in the past few years
as my energy and health began to fail, I have had to really struggle. The
struggle became worse each year, especially in the summer when allergies caused
severe joint pain, excoriating headaches, brain fog and total lack of energy
that is was almost impossible to function. I had become so miserable and
depressed this year that I just really didn't want to continue, and found
myself praying that God would take me home. I had to find an answer, I HAD TO

The naturopath I have been going to for the past 2-1/2

fantastic stuff!!! The next day I was a little tired and achy again, I had
probably overdone it the day before, so I took it a little easier, it was
Sunday and should be a day of rest after all. Monday morning came, and I could
barely get out of bed. My muscles hurt so bad it was like having charlie horses
constantly, all over my body, arms, legs, everything hurt, I could barely move.

5 year old, Brianna with Type
I Diabetes Dr. Robert O. Young I just wanted to
email you to give you an update on myself and my daughter Breanna. My doctor
had told me I had fibro and possible MS. My pH is averaging 6.7-6.9 now. I feel
much better, and noticed a huge difference after drinking the Earth Essence
Clay. Breannas pH is averaging 6.8 now. She has finally learned how to swallow
capsules so she is now taking the Pancreas Plus and Adrenal Plus capsules. The
green capsules are too large, so she isn't taking those yet. I have thought
about buying smaller capsules and putting the greens in them for her. She is
now on one shot per day first thing in the morning, and we have lowered the
dosage 3 times in one month. She is on 5 1/2 units each morning, and still is
running low each morning, so I expect to lower the dosage again soon. She is
still taking the mini minerals, potassium, aloe Vera, and some of my bone
support supplement each morning. We are keeping her on a strict diet, and I
have prayed that some day she will be completely off of the insulin. I just
wanted to thank you Maraline, for everything, and please tell Dr. Young and his
wife, Shelley thank you from the bottom of my heart. Her sugar readings were
averaging 450-480 daily, and now are ranging daily average of 160-174. The
doctors have told me what ever I am doing, keep doing it. I do not give them
details, because they told me do not give her herbs and do not give her extra
vitamins. And I know she needs these things in her body for healing. I thank
God each day for Heidi bringing you and the Young's into our life. I know we
have more to learn, and more to do to heal her of her diabetes, and I wish I
had more help sometimes, but I thank you all for everything. You have changed
our lives and because of all of you, my daughter has a better life ahead of

Most important read of my life:
I just added the Young's latest book on "The pH Miracle On
Diabetes," to the top of my reading list. That man is a genius. I have been
doing what he says to do, and my blood sugar ranges in the normal range, now. I
had been diagnosed with diabetes in February 2003. I have been following the
Young's plan for health since the diagnosis. I do not take any prescription
drugs. I have maintained a loss of 37 pounds as a result of balancing the pH
factor in me, as well. (This is another pointed phenomenon, too.)
It is
remarkable and impressive how he defies what the medical "profession" believes,
and he ventured out of the medical box of beliefs and discovered what really
happens to cause diabetes.
"It is not a disease of the pancreas or
the insulin producing beta cells or an autoimmune response, as is commonly
thought, rather, it is from the fluids which the pancreas cells are floating
in."---Dr. Young
When the fluid is too acid, then the cell turns
into a bacteria. He watched this transformation under his microscope. Then, he
researched a medical scientist, Dr. Bechamp, in the one hundred year old
archives of books on the subject in the Medical Library in Paris. That French
scientist had come to the same conclusion, one hundred years ago, as Dr. Young
had in this century. He studied Dr. Bechamp's findings and found them to be the
same as his and saw the drawings, which that scientist had made of the mutation
of the blood cells transforming under his microscope. He said that it was an
eerie feeling to see that that scientist had discovered what he had recently
discovered, as well. A hundred years ago, Medical Science went with Pasteur,
who was wrong, according to Dr. Young.
Dr. Young states, "On the
other hand the pH balance, the cells of the pancreas, insulin producing beta
cells, and glucagon-producing alpha cells could and would function in perfect
harmony, and the phenomenon of diabetes could not occur."
Dr. Young
is endorsed by other medical doctors to be correct in his findings. He reads
raw blood rather than blood with chemicals added for reading, the traditional
medical school method. The addition of chemicals kills some of the cells which
must be alive to read properly.
This is an excellent book and very well
written, so the layman can understand it. The bottom line is that it works.
Thousands of other diabetics and I have kept our blood sugar level at a normal
range by his method. That is to raise the alkaline level and lower the acid
level, and the pancreas cells do not mutate into bacteria. The same acid pool
blocks the pancreas' ability to secret insulin to counter act the extreme rise
in the sugar level in the blood. The same acid pool causes cancer to grow in
the pancreas. That is what my sister died of a year ago. We could not persuade
her to read on nor listen to Dr. Young. She had been trained as an RN Nurse and
was rigid in what she had learned in nurse training, years before. Dr. Young
wrote her a letter explaining his findings in medical terms, so that she would
understand. She, like so many medical doctors, was stuck in the narrow thinking
of the "profession."
I am pleased with the method Dr. Young teaches and
enjoy my blood sugar being normal and my weight down. "

Mast Cell Disease - Symptoms
Gone Dear Friends,
Most of you know I
have been seeking numerous traditional and alternative approaches for help with
a debilitating autoimmune disease (Mast Cell Disease) for over three years. I
have had it for 25 years, but it had progressively developed to an acute stage
when it was diagnosed. At its worst, I was unable to work, or function well in
any area of life. There were periods of time that I just vegetated in a chair.
I could not sleep well either. Between the lethargy, allergies (to everything
under the sun), overall systemic pain in my body, and subsequent weight gain, I
was at rock bottom as to what to do. Once it was diagnosed, I did what the
doctors said and there was SLOWLY a little improvement, but they would never
tell me if I would eventually get better.
In January '04 the doctor told
me I was much better -- clinically speaking. But why did I feel so bad? There
were fewer "attacks" but I had no energy to do the usual things, and work was a
real labor, leaving me drained and discouraged about that aspect of my life.
In my search for help, I found three things: 1) nutritional blood
analysis, 2) SuperGreens with Prime Ph, and 3) the QXCI. After using them for
several months, and seeing the actual benefits for me, my mission is to share
what I know with others in hopes they too can find some new paths for their
wellness journey.
After first having a nutritional blood analysis and
using the SuperGreens for three months, along with the QXCI for 11 months, I
have very few symptoms of mast cell disease. I no longer am lethargic -- many
days I work for 10-12 hours. I sleep well; my mind works very well again; and

losing weight (17 lbs to date). And there are two other totally unintended side

Fertilizer! Dear Dr. and Shelley Young,
I
know you are not in the plant fertilizer business, nevertheless I thought you
might enjoy this experience we are having here. I have several plants in my
large box kitchen window, facing west and north here in hot, south Texas. They
struggled even though I watered them faithfully.
My daughter returned
to Texas after a year in Puerto Rico and gave me her half unused bottle of
Super Greens. It had been in a lot of heat and humidity as they had not had air
conditioning there, except the sea breeze!! The SG looked brownish-gray. I
almost tossed it but then it hit me !!!! - the plants need something!!! Some
plant food or fertilizer or something!! It is worth a try! So I starting using
the SG as fertilizer, a scoop once or twice per week, when I watered them.
I wish I had before and after pictures. My window looks like
Longfellow's forest primeval. The plants love the SG. Within a month I noticed
a difference. Now after 3 months they have really taken off. The leaves are
lush, dark and plentiful. The peace lily, which had already bloomed at Easter,
has forgotten the seasons and is blooming again. I WISH I HAD BEFORE AND AFTER
PHOTOS, like people take for weight loss. I can take an after photo and send
it, if you wish.
Also, if we do not drink the whole quart in an hour or
two and it gets a bit strange tasting with sludge at the bottom, I now dump
that on these and my outdoor window box plants rather than down the drain. This
is something any distributor could do, with good results. This is just a
suggestion, so we do not waste any of this green gold!!

Dear Dr. Young:
It is 7:30am on
Mother's Day and I should be staying in bed for the traditional "breakfast in
bed." Instead, I feel compelled to write to you this important message.
Yesterday, I was at Jeff Schneider's training which was awesome and one
of the questions was, "What does Innerlight mean to you?" I responded quickly
but now that I've had more time to think, I've come up with a more meaningful
answer.
When you are given a diagnosis of a "life threatening disease,"
you find yourself falling into this abyss of darkness. You feel helpless, alone
and powerless. In September of 2003, I was diagnosed with celiac disease. I was
told that people with celiac have a higher chance of developing other
conditions, including lymphoma. When I asked about this potential danger and
whether or not I should be worried, the response was, ".........well, if you
notice fatigue, weight loss or high fevers, come in right away." My immediate
thought was, if I wait until then, it will be too late. I decided not to wait
and took matters into my own hands. I took control of my health.
As a
clinical psychotherapist I was comfortable with advocating for my patients. I
had considered myself a healer in some ways. But now I needed healing and I
didn't know where or to who to turn to. It was an all too familiar place. A few
years ago, I had gone through six years of repeated miscarriages (five losses
in total). The sense of loneliness, pain and fear that one goes through during
a health crisis can be quite difficult.
That was when my journey began.
Through a long time friend who herself had some health challenges and regained
health, I also took the leap of faith. It was in January that I spoke with you
and to be honest, it was the first time that I felt a surge of hope and joy. It
brings tears to my eyes just remembering the intensity of those feelings. It
felt like someone had thrown me a rope that I could finally hold onto.
I was suffering from all kinds of symptoms: anemia for two years,
elevated liver enzymes for three years, frequent headaches and Migraines,
osteopenia, vitamin D deficiency, regular painful mouth lesions/canker sores,
low energy, inability to run for two years (after always being a runner),
exhaustion.
As you suggested, I did the cleanse and the complete
program. I've been drinking the greens faithfully since January. Three weeks
ago, my primary care physician called ecstatic saying, "I have never seen such
good blood results on you!! Everything is normal!!!".
Today, I feel
like a new person! My whole life has changed! I can honestly say I feel the
healthiest, probably that I have ever felt. All my nagging symptoms are gone.
I've resumed running since January and now exercise four times a week (for a 42
year old with 3 young children and a busy job, that's pretty good)! I've had

I have a Biolight Testimonial for you:
Thru an oxygen damage in the incubator on my retina, my eyes (I have
been three month to early) my right eye does only see 10 % (normal people see
130 %!!). That means that the eye is almost deat (I only can see something if
the good othere eye is covered). Until now I have had 19 operations on both
eyes retina ... the neural network between my retina in the eyes and the brain
is not build up normal …. And until now I think I have tried almost

WOW ! AM I EVER EXCITED !
Yesterday, March 18th, 2004, I received some fabulous
medical news that to me PROVES that Super Greens really works! This is a long
testimony, so please bear with me.
I am a Woman Veteran and receive
most of my Medical care at the Minneapolis VA Hospital Women's Clinic. For more
than 10 years, my VA GYN Clinic has been following a special condition very
closely....... and for the FIRST time we are now seeing some POSITIVELY GREAT
results...... FOR BETTER HEALTH !
I was told over 10 years ago that I
have a condition called HPV ( Human Papilloma Virus ). It has been known to
cause cancer of the cervix; vulva; vagina; penis; and anus........ according to
my medical book. ( Yes, guys, you can get it too! ) For women, the diagnosis is
usually made with a pap smear. My Medical book tells me that because this is a
virus, there is no specific cure.
Over the course of 10 years my pap
smears have been coming back atypical......... meaning there is a serious
problem. My doctors have told me that I am in the very very early stages of
PRE-CANCER of the cervix. So they have been watching me like a hawk. Monitoring
me about twice a year for many years.
In 1995 they did a cone bioposy
of my cervix.. with abnormal cells found present. For years I have been
diagnosed as HIGH RISK HPV for pre-cancer of the cervix. Although I must admit
I never realized that is what they called it until yesterday. Doctors don't
always tell you everything.
On March 4th, 2004 I was re-tested
again........ with a pap smear and scrapings from my cervix. At that time the
doctor warned me that it has now been more than 10 years since they have been
following this condition , and it is time they do something about it. She told
me that they would re-test me again......... and if the results came back the
same or worse, they were going to take action this time. They were planning
their options......... one was to go in there and remove as much as they could
of abnormal cells .........hopefully on a permanent basis. The procedure and
diagnosis really scared me !! I was told to come back in two weeks for my test
results on Thursday March 18th.
NOW, YOU NEED TO KNOW THIS:
In June of 2003, I started using Super Greens....... and have been very
faithful using the product on a regular basis.... with a few minor exceptions.
BACK TO THURSDAY MARCH 18TH, 2004
When I went to my GYN appt ,
I didn't know what to expect and I must tell you I honestly thought I was going
to have in - office surgery done yesterday........ or worse; based on the
impressions I got two weeks ago. I was very very scared! My Doctor started out
by telling me that I was considered HIGH RISK FOR HPV. My heart just
sank........ and I was very discouraged. THEN she told me that there WAS
something positive. I HAD BEEN HIGH RISK.......... NOW I WAS LOW RISK ! I was
so stunned, I went into a pleasant shock and had to have her repeat that and
explain it to me.
In July 2003, I was re-tested, and the test results
came back as HIGH RISK HPV. Now, I also want you to know that I had only been
on the Super Greens barely a month, so they didn't have enough time to really
kick in yet. HOWEVER, BETWEEN JULY 2003 AND MARCH 2004, my Super Greens took
over, and really started making some changes that became VERY noticeable
yesterday.
Now, I also want you to know that I have been gradually
preaching to my Doctors and Nurses about Super Greens..... and up until
yesterday they have NOT taken me very seriously at all. NOW THEY ARE ! I have
given them printed information several times in the past. Although they have
started seeing some weight loss, and toned muscles, which they have made
positive comments on.
THE MIRACLE OF THIS IS : THAT AFTER TEN YEARS
OF THE SAME NEGATIVE RESULTS, ALL OF A SUDDEN NOW I'M STARTING TO SEE SOMETHING
GREAT HAPPENING ! Now they KNOW that SOMETHING HAPPENED to have caused me to go
from HIGH RISK HPV after the same steady negative results for ten
years........... TO LOW RISK ........ since JULY 2003 !! In just barely 8
months !! I THINK THEY ARE VERY CONFUSED ....... AND IN SHOCK ! Their attitude
yesterday was borderline speechless !
When it started to register
with me yesterday, I told my doctor, I think I know what made the difference.
And I pointed to my bottle of Super Greens on her desk. I said, I KNOW THAT IS
WHAT HAPPENED ! I kinda think she would have liked to agreed with me........
but just gave me a big knowing smile that almost registered approval. After
all, what else would make that kind of difference in that short of time? What
could she say different? Nothing! and she knew it! I asked if I could get that
in writing, and they gave me a copy of my medical report.
My nurse,
Trish, brought the report copy back in the room, after the doctor had left, and
I was still in shock. I asked her.....so you mean I went from HIGH RISK TO LOW
RISK? And she said : " Yep, I'll show you ! " So she showed me on the report
where it said that. THEN........... SHE MADE A VERY INTERESTING STATEMENT TO
ME. She said, very softly: " OFF THE RECORD: maybe there IS something to your
Green Tea after all ! "
Wish I could have recorded that ....... other
than my memory! Considering she has heard a lot about my Super Greens for some
time now. MAYBE ......... JUST MAYBE......... they will start taking it more
seriously?? I even gave her my brochure on the Alkalerian Approach to Health,
and she made a Xerox copy of it.
By they way the FIRST NURSE..... ( a
different one ) who took my vitals yesterday, and two weeks ago, also was given
the same information. But before I got my results back yesterday, she was very
negative about Super Greens helping her. She has severe emphysema .. and was
told she had only 2 - 3 years left if she didn't quit smoking.....which she now
has.....but doesn't believe SG can help her.
But after I was done with
my appointment , I was so happy I was literally crying with joy at my great
news. Doc and Trish just smiled at me..... ( a little confused ) ..... and
happy for me. Just as I was getting ready to walk out the door , the FIRST
nurse walked by me, and I told her DON'T EVER TELL ME THIS DOESN'T WORK. THEY
JUST TOLD ME I WENT FROM HIGH RISK TO LOW RISK....... AND I KNOW ITS BECAUSE OF
MY SUPER GREENS ! She looked blown away when I told her..... and a little
humbled. She was shocked !
So evidently my situation just doesn't
happen like this very often.........IF at all. Now, I was told that I'm still
not out of the woods........ yet. But that's OK.......... I have another
appointment in September....... and you'd better know that I'm gonna be
drinking a LOT of my Greens ! I was so happy yesterday, that I called Allan
while I was still in the Doctors office, and even got my nurse TRISH to talk to
him too ! Allan was the FIRST person I called with the good news......... don't
know why..... just did. ( Allan is my Super Greens Upline .......his wife Betty
had a typical pap smears in the past , and I was hoping she'd be home to hear
the news. )
WOW ! THOSE SUPER GREENS ARE ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! AND
IF ANYONE DOUBTS MY WORD, I WILL BE HAPPY TO GIVE YOU A COPY OF MY MEDICAL

Over the years I have used a
lot of different products ....and some of them I was quite loyal too. The very
first meeting I went too, I was silently protesting, because I figured that
this was just a rip-off or copy cat of another product. I had been warned about
these kind of things before.......... so I was really leary of it. Even for a
short time after being on the product I couldn't get it through my head that
this was different from Spirulina........ and that they were APPLES AND
ORANGES. I finally came to accept it after seeing the big changes starting to
take place. NOW I LOVE IT !
NO PRODUCT HAS EVER MADE SUCH A
SPECTACULAR DIFFERENCE AS SUPER GREENS HAS !
My weight is SLOWLY
starting to come off....... as of now, I am down by about 25 lbs or more. My
chiropractor and my MD nurse have told me that they are seeing better toned
muscles. I don't even know what a toned muscle looks like ..........LOL! I have
previously been a walking medical disaster, because I have Chronic Fatigue
Syndrome, and I am on a medical disability because of it. I also have
Fibromyalgia, low energy; low thryroid; high blood pressure; depression;
headaches; osteo-arthritus; carpal tunnal; severe neck - shoulder - back - knee
injuries; obesity; and a lot more.
I USED TO HAVE acid reflux
and heartburn and gas but not any more......... or rarely. I am not ready to
tell anyone that I'm cured yet......... because I'm NOT. BUT I AM FEELING A LOT
BETTER THAN I DID! Our food CHOICES are starting to change, as well as our food
CRAVINGS . This is really impressive !
Well, anyhow, sorry for the long
letter, but I have always been super - detailed..... and wanted you to know my

now.

The ADA has Spoken...
Yes, the ADA has spoken at their last meeting in San
Francisco and they have decided that the pH Miracle for Diabetes Lifestyle and
Diet is to difficult. I was shocked at their response!
In Minneapolis
at the InnerLight Regional Convention, I shared the ADA's statement with
Jeffery A. Arnson, who had been doing Type I diabetes for twenty-seven years,
until he was introduced to the pH Miracle Diet, and this was his response to
the ADA.
Try thinking about it this way...
How difficult
is it to have to take shots of medicine every day, four times a day...
How difficult is it to have to explain to your kids that Daddy lost his
job again because he was always so sick and tired...
How difficult is
it to lose your insurance and become uninsurable... and then how difficult is
it to try to make your financial ends meet with medical bills piling up all
around you...
How difficult is it on your healthy spouse to have to put
up with years and years of anger, depression, ill-health, lack of joy and
happiness, lack of spontaneity, lack of that old 'spark' that brought the two
of you together, when nothing in her health has changed, but when your health
has...
How difficult is it when your loved one has a paralyzing stroke

How difficult is it after hearing of your child's diagnosis, to learn
that the doctor doesn't have a clue as to what triggered the disease or what
portion or her pancreas is still functioning...
And how difficult is it
to be told "Lady, if I knew that, they'd have to give me the Nobel Prize!" by
the Head of the Diabetes Clinic at the Regional Children's Hospital Center.
How difficult is it on her mother who now wonders if her daughter will
ever marry and have children of her own because of this diabetes diagnosis...
How difficult is it to have to put your young son on dialysis because
his kidney has stopped functioning, knowing that all he wants is to be
normal... and to play with his brothers and sister, and to be able to go to
school...
And how difficult is it going to be to have to bury your
child.
Yes, the American Diabetes Association (ADA) said of Dr. Young's
pH Miracle program, "It's too difficult."
Well, you know what, the ADA
didn't ask us, did they?
They said "It's too difficult" and they
probably didn't even ask anyone on the pH Miracle program.
Who did they
ask? Did they ask anyone???
Let's show them how difficult it is...
Let's start with you and me...
Then let's get our parents, and their
friends and loved ones to show them how difficult it is...
Let's get our
children to show them how difficult it is... Let's get our friend's and
neighbor's to show them, and the people we work with to show them...
And
their friends, and their neighbor's, let's all show the ADA just how difficult
it is...
What, the ADA doesn't think we can eat vegetables?
They don't think we can survive a liquid feast?
They don't
think we can reduce our intake of dairy, or meat, or sugar, or soda, or coffee,
or snack foods, or starchy foods and yeast, or mushrooms, or peanuts and soy
sauce?
What, they don't think we can survive without ordering fries
with a soda and a burger?
They don't think we can tell the difference
between good fats and bad fats, and then increase the good fats in our diet?
And what, the ADA doesn't think we can greatly reduce our intake of
alcohol and unclean air, and they don't think we can drink some more water?
Well, let's give them something to think about, then we can ask them to
explain exactly how difficult it is. No one ever told me life was supposed to
be easy, anyway.
Let's make this our choice, not the choice made by
some initials, anyway!

The amazing changes that
occurred My Story:
I received a call from
a trusted friend. He said he had been using some nutritional supplements and
thought I would really appreciate them. I purchased Dr. Robert O. Young's book,
“The pH Miracle” and read parts of it. The New Biology made sense.
However, I declared, “I am not going to give up my coffee, red meat and
beer!” I was in for a surprise!
On March 2, 2003 I began to take
control of my health. The amazing changes that occurred with my body and my
health have changed my life and my attitude about health and nutrition. I began
drinking 3 liters of Supergreens per day. After just 2 liters of the greens (on
the first day), my body began to crave the greens. My body knew that the greens
were good for me! To my amazement, within 3 days, coffee began to taste
bitter?! I went from a full pot of Cappuccino strength coffee (per day) to
½ cup! I had my last cup of coffee on Easter Sunday, 2003.
Gradually, I began to make small changes to my diet. I believe that
small changes are less traumatic and therefore, more long lasting. I
substituted tortillas for bread; almond butter for peanut butter; white meat
for red meat; raw almonds for snack foods and I completely eliminated dairy.
Avocados have become a staple of my diet and I love them. As I made these small
changes, I noticed small improvements in the way I felt. As I began to feel
better, it got easier to make the next change in my diet.
As I write
“My Story,” I have drinking Supergreens for 11 months and I feel
great. Over the last 11 months, here are some of the improvements that I have
seen in my health: I began sleeping through the night, because of that, the
bags and brown circles under my eyes disappeared. The joint pain in my thumbs
is completely gone. The joint pain in my left foot and right knee (I have had
surgery in both) has improved 75% and I can walk down the stairs in morning
without discomfort. I was plagued with chancre sores so severely that I would
get 5-6 large chancre sores in my mouth and throat, all at the same time. I
rarely get chancre sores now. When I do get them, I have a single tiny chancre
sore, usually on the inside of my lip. This alone has made the entire journey
worth it and my story is not over. My menstrual cramps have almost completed
disappeared. I began taking Ritalin 3 ½ years ago for Attention Deficit
Disorder. I stopped taking Ritalin in April 2003 and I don't miss it! Oh! I
always forget this part – I have lost 25 lbs!

along with a new way of eating, have changed my life. I feel that I am in
control of my health. My husband began drinking the greens in April 2003 and
has experienced many changes in his health. Our 2 sons, ages 6 & 8, also
drink Supergreens and have slowly adapted changes to their diet. Believe it or

Dear Dr. Young:
Thank you for a wonderful Retreat in
December. You and Shelley constantly show me a better way of living, thinking
and eating, and for this I am forever grateful.
When you did my blood
work at the retreat, we were able to see the improvement in my cells: many
round, healthy red blood cells and very little yeast present.
And now I
have this wonderful news to relate to you: This past Friday, my doctor called
to tell me the results of my AMAS test. His words, ' Great news, you have NO
cancer cells ' , and he repeated, ' No cancer cells '!!! I was ecstatic!!!
Last Wednesday I had an AMAS Test (Anti-Malignin Antibody Screen for
all types of cancer ), a test developed by Dr. Samuel Bogoch, a Harvard-trained
research neurochemist and that has double-blind clinical trials. (And this test
is 95% accurate on the first take and 99% accurate when repeated.)
If
one's AMAS test level is in the range of 1 to 99, that is good. If it is in the
range of 100 to 135, one needs to pay attention. If the range is above 135,
then it is very serious. My range is 17!!! Which is phenomenal!!!
(As
background, last June, I did go to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute and it was
recommended that I have a lumpectomy and do chemotherapy, radiation and drugs.
After serious thought, I decided to do a different approach: your complete
program of alkalizing and energizing my body.)
Because you have taught
me to understand the root causes of disease and illnesses and because I
achieved the results that I wanted (curing cancer ), I will continue doing the
“Dr. Young's way of living, thinking and eating ” for the rest of my
life. I've never felt healthier, and that is because of changing my “inner
terrain” on a cellular level, regenerating my cells, and bringing my body
back into balance. (Quite awesome results!!! Especially since this was
accomplished without any harmful drugs or treatments.)
I know that this
“cancer” has been a true blessing and a gift to me, and amazingly
through this whole process, I had no fear nor doubt regarding the choices for
treatment I was making. Alkalizing my body made complete sense to me. Thus, I
was able to embrace the “cancer” with love from the very beginning.
I have learned much from this challenge and look forward to sharing
this information with others and also about what “cancer” has to
teach us about the way we live our lives.
Today, I know that I am
blessed, and I realize that this was my path, and that each person needs to
find for themselves their own path and follow their own inner wisdom.

We have made a commitment to

Young and Shelley,
Yesterday was the one month mark of our retreat with
you at Rancho del Sol. As a person who has made many retreats, I was eager to
see if your seeds of light fell on fertile soil or asphalt. It appears that the
knowledge and example you so lovingly sowed and nurtured is sprouting in our
every day lives. We are happy to share that we have made a commitment to the
Alkalarian Plan for optimum health.
Although Sam came on board
immediately, I was daunted by the prospect of really going for it. Did I really
need to change all of my eating addictions? We had already given up sugar last
spring and bread/yeast products before then. Perhaps the most defining moment
was when I had my live blood/dry blood cell analysis. The inside "action cam"
showed a totally different picture than what was visible from the outside. Once
I saw how sick my cells were, I knew that not to jump in with both feet would
be to deliberately poison myself.
What better time to test one's
resolve than over the holiday indulgences! We have had fun experimenting with
your recipes, Shelley. Your cookbooks and your lessons provided us with
delicious alternatives to make it through the Christmas party excesses of
acidity cloaked in the deceptive wrappings of chocolate, cheese, roasted lamb
and wine -- just to name a few. We both felt -- hey, this is possible to do
without feeling deprived! In fact, what we noticed is that eliminating dairy
and animal products from our diet, we have more energy, no cravings and a
feeling of well-being.
Your program is a doable miracle.
We

He found no trace of cancer in
her husband's bladder. Through a recommendation I
received a call from a woman whose husband had been diagnosed with an
aggressive form of cancer at Sloan Kettering Hospital in NY and was told that
his bladder and prostate had to be removed "immediately." They did remove a
tumor from his bladder and described it as high-grade cancerous.
This
was in mid-October. He was understandably devastated and they searched around
for another doctor, considered to be one of the best in this field, to get a
second opinion. The earliest appointment they could get was in Mid-November.
I first spoke with his wife at the end of October. They agreed to try
the foundational products but were reticent about trying too many. After a
lengthy conversation they also agreed to do the food plan, 100%, and even
include fresh made green juices. I told them to get a copy of "The pH Miracle"
and read it. They did. After a few days on the products I called to see how he
was doing. He was feeling much more energetic and they agreed to do the balance
pack and marine lipid oils as well.
Over the next two weeks he lost
some weight and gained more energy and felt less depressed, but was still
daunted by the prospect of what would come. At his first exam the new doctor at
Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in NY gave him some good news. He said the
bladder had to be removed but he believed the prostate did not. He did do a
biopsy and removed another cancerous tumor on the bladder. On the day we met in
Fort Lauderdale, Nov. 20, he had an appointment to see the doctor for some
pre-op testing. Just as I was leaving NY, I received a call from his wife who
was at the hospital and could not stop crying. I asked what was the matter? She
struggled to tell me that the doctor had just this minute come back into the
room where she was waiting and somewhat befuddled said he found no trace of
cancer in her husband's bladder. He remarked, "I must have made a mistake."
These are beautiful and grateful people who are part of the Orthodox
Jewish Community in NY. She became a distributor shortly after he started, and
included the foundation pack in her own diet. She began giving up foods she
never thought she could and is also gaining new health everyday. They have told
their story to friends and family and we have signed up about one distributor a
day since the beginning of this month.
I have done 3-ways with every
one of them and the question I get over and over, "Are these vitamins certified
kosher?" I tell them no, but I believe the basic foundational products are
neutral and that they should check with their Rabbi. The response I always get
is if these vitamins were certified kosher this company would not believe the
business that would come to them. They also make suggestions about the
companies that do kosher certification. So? Maybe?
I think it would be
a great thing and I would certainly appreciate your feedback on the
possibility.

I Learned So Much... You Have
Changed My Life. I just got back from San Diego
today after rescheduling my flight 5 times from the snow storm last Saturday!
What a bonus to stay 3 extra days in sunny San Diego. This gave me some time to
reflect about the 5 glorious days I had at the retreat and the fabulous people
I met before coming home.
Thank you Dr Young and Shelley for opening
your home to share your journey of making the world a healthier place. I
learned so much about choosing to live an Alkalarian lifestyle as well as
guidance in finding balance in all aspects of my life. You not only taught me
an improved way to eat, and exercise, I learned how my spirituality, thinking
and living impact my health daily. The daily information lectures by both of
you balanced out the science, spirituality, eating and living learning's and
brought my knowledge to a new level that I too can share with people that I
touch in life. I understand the "New Biology" and InnerLight products at a
different level of awareness that I did not previously have prior to the
retreat.
I am grateful I was able to have my blood analysis done by Dr
Young last week, this "peeked" my commitment. I am starting a 30 day cleansing
journey to eliminate health challenges and balance my blood. I tasted so many
great recipes at the retreat that this will be a great adventure!
The
illumination of light intensified during the live product call Wednesday night
with you and Shelley. I was blessed to sit next to you and Shelley during the
call, I felt your intense energy as you spoke to all the InnerLight
Distributors from your heart. This was the defining moment for me as I fully
recognized how much you truly care about "everyone" optimizing their health.
Dr Young both you and Shelley have changed my life, it truly will never
be the same, it can only keep improving with all you both have shared and

Earth Essence clay gets a
first place trophy! Hi Dr. Rob and Shelley,
This morning when Tiffany woke up to go to her cheering competition,
she told me that she had very bad heartburn.
I immediately went to our
Innerlight cabinet and grabbed a spoonful of Earth Essence clay.....She slowly
licked it off the spoon, felt the initial numbing effect of the clay on her
tongue and then within two minutes, every bit of heartburn was completely gone.
She was absolutely amazed and I was praising you and the clay all
day..........
By the way, the day ended up great-----the girls
participated in three events and won first place in one event and second place
in the other two.
Let us add that Earth Essence clay gets a first place
trophy all the time.......and so do the two of you! There is NO
competition!!!!!

Felt an Immediate Difference
I just want to tell you that I've been wearing my
QLink for 4 or 5 days or so, and felt an immediate difference. I've been
recovering from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the past 4 years and have been
feeling pretty good for the last few months but still a bit "draggy and fuzzy
headed" here and there. The pendant seemed to help me feel even better --
clearer, more alert and more energetic. I'm an IT professional and spend a
great deal of time on computers -- and am glad to know I'm doing something to

me!

My Physical Therapist has
noticed a BIG Difference This is a letter to
thank you for introducing me to the Clarus technologies.
I have a bad
back due to an injury and discovered that electromagnetic fields (EMF's) were
really irritating the problem. They caused my muscles to tighten up even more.

An "Empowering" Experience
Again, I want to say thank you for the wonderful

been quite an "empowering" experience which I will take with me in my quest for
growth and success.
Your brilliance, humility, and synergy as a couple
has been nothing short of fascinating and it, obviously, has had a wonderful

know of anything that has made more of an impact on my total being (i.e.
